It is not a quote, not advice about your specific property, and not a substitute for an on-site inspection. Pricing ranges are indicative and every quote is prepared after inspection.

Quotes and work

A quote becomes binding only when issued in writing with a fixed price and accepted by you. Scope changes discovered once work begins are quoted separately before proceeding. Inspections and written quotes are provided free of charge with no obligation to proceed.

Insurance claims

We can inspect, photograph and document damage and provide written reports and itemised quotes in the format insurers generally request. We do not lodge claims, negotiate with insurers or assessors, or advise on policy coverage or entitlements, and we cannot guarantee any claim outcome.
